The Student 2 Business initiative is designed to encourage Microsoft and P@SHA to share the obligation of accelerating the growth of IT sector in Pakistan. The principal aim of this partnership is to reduce the unemployment in youth communities.
The S2B Program makes it possible for Microsoft and P@SHA to recruit the best final-year students or recent graduates as recommended by leading universities and provide them with the opportunity to work on innovative projects.
Candidates should simply identify a project that could be done as an internship, determine the competencies needed for students to be successful on their projects and post offers on the S2B portal.
Internships offer a channel through which partners can communicate to local universities the competencies required to innovate and operate a People Ready business. By sharing this information, Microsoft associated with P@SHA, is able to work closely with the local universities of Pakistan to offer specialized curriculum and training resources. |
