The S2B Program makes it possible for Microsoft Partners and Customers to recruit
the best students or recent graduates as recommended by leading universities/colleges
and provide them with the opportunity to work on innovative projects.
Partners should simply identify a project that could be done either as an internship
or as a job, determine the competencies needed for students to be successful and
post offers on the S2B portal. The platform will search for those student profiles
that best match the required knowledge and skills.
Internships offer a channel through which Partners can communicate to local universities/colleges
the competencies required to innovate and operate a People Ready business. By sharing
this information, Microsoft is able to work closely with the local universities/colleges
to offer specialised curriculum and training resources.
