Students to Business Program is a new Microsoft® community initiative. This program makes it possible for Microsoft partners to recruit the best final-year students and recent graduates as recommended by leading universities.

The S2B Program makes it possible to recruit the best students or recent graduates from leading universities/colleges that have been active in Microsoft academic programs like Imagine Cup and Microsoft Student Partners or have spent time learning and using Microsoft technologies.

Employers should identify a project that could be done either as an internship or as a job, determine the competencies needed for students to be successful and post these offers to the S2B Projects section of portal. You may then search for candidates, or wait for students to respond to your ad.
